HealthTrust Framework

HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of workforce solutions in the healthcare sector. The initial period of the framework agreement will be 2 years, after which it may be extended by two 12-month periods. The first stage of the opportunity (the SQ) has a deadline of 29th January 2020 at 14.00, with successful bidders moving on to the ITT stage which opens in April 2020 and closes in May 2020.

Bidders must complete the SQ, consisting of company information and due diligence questions, and requiring you to provide three similar contract examples that you have delivered and that are relevant to this requirement.

Bidders must also complete a Lot-specific response, for which eligibility is dependent on turnover (organisations must have a minimum turnover of £250,000 for all Lots, except for Lot 2a, which requires a turnover of £1,000,000). Lot-specific responses include: the pre-conditional compliance audit document for each Lot they bid for; a case study (for one customer only) that is an example of a contract delivered by your organisation within the last two years and relevant to the scope of the project, and; additional documents and information, detailed below.

Lots: 2a – Fully Managed Services: Band and Agency Workers; 2b – Bank and Agency Demand Solutions (including Direct Engagement) Only.

  • Must have and provide certificates for (or commit to obtaining) Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001

 Lot 3a – Medical Locums and General Practitioners Only

  • Provide invoice evidence confirming your organisation has supplied 5+ temporary workers to one or more customers within the last 12 months, relevant to the scope of the Lot.

Lots: 3b – Nursing and Care Service Workers Only; 3c – Allied Health Professional and Health Science Service Workers Only; 3c – Allied Health Professional and Health Science Service Workers Only; 4a – Non-Medical Non-Clinical Workers (Band 1-7) Only

  • Provide invoice evidence confirming your organisation has supplied 5+ temporary workers to one or more customers within the last 12 months, relevant to the scope of the Lot.
  • Must have a turnover of £250,000
  • Must be able to provide an independent compliance audit or an NHSI approved compliance audit undertaken within the last 12 months by contract commencement

Lot 4b – 4b – Non-Medical Non-Clinical Workers (Band 6-9), to include Senior, Very Senior Managers and Executive Recruitment Only

  • Provide invoice evidence that confirms your organisation has successfully placed 5+ candidates with one or more customers within the last 12 months
  • Must have a turnover of £250,000
  • Must be able to provide an independent compliance audit or an NHSI approved compliance audit undertaken within the last 12 months by contract commencement
