IEP are delighted to announce an exciting new industry event for IEP Members and senior colleagues from the Employability and Support sector to be held at the historic and culturally significant RSA House.

The inaugural IEP Summit presents an opportunity for networking, discussion and sharing good practice. Designed to provide challenging content that looks to the future of the profession, the IEP Summit fulfils our long-standing ambition to bring senior people together for both formal time-tabled sessions and informal conversations and networking. The Agenda is expected to include contributions from a number of senior academics, journalists, think tank representatives and delivery experts from both within and outside the employability sector looking at issues affecting our society and the people we support.

Our speakers and panellists will include:

  • Dr Kylie Henderson FIEP, Founder and Managing Director, The Better Health Generation
  • Dr Jo Ingold MIEP, Associate Professor, Leeds University Business School
  • Dan Finn, Professor Emeritus, University of Portsmouth
  • Chris Blackwell, CEO, Purpose Led Performance
  • Torsten Bell, Resolution Foundation (Invited)

With many more to follow…

The Summit is an opportunity for anyone who is passionate about employability and what it means not just for our sector but to the wider world, delivering real social value.

It will be a great chance to create a robust and dynamic sector voice to serve both practitioners and customers better, from the ground up, to have your say, build new business opportunities, partner with different people, develop ‘what works’ and maybe even learn a thing or two.
