Serco understands that the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) will be commissioning new contracts under an ESF transition programme that will run from 2019-21. We expect Invitations to Tender to be published in late summer 2018. The ITTs will cover the following programmes:
- Skills Support for the Workforce
- Skills Support for the Unemployed
- Support for those Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETS)
Serco’s proven approach to delivering national and regional government programmes in these sectors, combine our strengths as a prime contractor with the knowledge and expertise of local providers. Our track record in contract management, Serco holds an ‘Excellent’ rating for supply chain custodianship through the Merlin accreditation, ensures continuous improvement and capacity building to help our providers develop and build on what they do best.
We are now inviting providers to express an interest in working with Serco as a subcontractor to deliver one or more of these skills programmes.
