Sheffield City Region Combined Authority Adult Education Budget £33m

Sheffield City Region Combined Authority have released their ITT for the devolved Adult Education Budget (AEB).  It is estimated that £33million will be spent through the Framework over a period of 3 years from 1st August 2021 to 31st July 2024, with Sheffield City Region reserving the right to extend the Framework for a further 1 x 12-month period.

The deadline for submission is the 2nd February.

The framework will be divided into the following Lots:

Lot 1 – Supporting Residents into Employment: (Value £3,550,000)

Lot 2 – Provision for adults in employment (self-employed) or at risk of redundancy: (Lot Value £3,550,000)  

Lot 3 – No young person left behind: (Lot value of £1,550,000)

Lot 4 – Test and Learn Adult Key Worker Model: (Lot Value £1,550,000).

The Supplier Questionnaire consists of 84 questions and is assessed on a pass/fail basis.   Any submission that fails will be eliminated from the procurement process and not evaluated further.  The Tender Submission includes:

The Tender Submission will be evaluated a 100% quality basis with an overall quality threshold set at 60%.
