Seetec intends to submit multiple bids for the forthcoming ESF CFO tenders commissioned by HM Prison & Probation Service which are due to be released in April 2020. The Hub programme will have dual aims – to increase effective engagement with mainstream or core services and to encourage participation in activities to assist individuals to lead law abiding lives. Participation on the programme will be voluntary. We are therefore seeking both service delivery partners and/or providers of Hub premises.

We are keen to begin discussions with a range of providers with particular interest in working with those who can add demonstrable value or innovative and impactful approaches to the rehabilitative, employment and skills elements of the service. If you would like to be considered as one of our partners to work with us to deliver this programme, in the first instance access our Partnership Opportunity Portal (POP)

If you have not registered before, then please create a profile by providing some brief details about your organisation. If you already have a profile on POP but have not accessed it for a while, then please ensure that you have updated your details and any due diligence documents. Via your profile you will be able to access the Expression of Interest document. Please complete this Expression of Interest in the first instance and upload it. This will assist in capturing details on your experience, capacity and stakeholder links.  Examples of innovation and your USPs are also important to us and we have included free text boxes for you to include additional information where you feel this is relevant.

Once the final ITT and specifications are released, which are currently expected in mid April, we will update you with an overview of the specific requirements for each region where we are bidding and if required we will contact you for further information.
