The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) intends to commission Prison Education Services for the prison estate, while supporting the ministerial vision for rehabilitation through education and the general direction of empowering local governors. The MOJ will procure services regionally across England via a Core Framework with follow-up mini competitions (which are already under way) released in 3 Tranches, and a Dynamic Purchasing System for spot-purchasing additional services.
Seetec is delighted to have been shortlisted for multiple regions of the Core Framework. At this stage in the procurement process, whilst we have already engaged with a number of supply chain partners, we are looking for further partners with experience of delivering ESOL and a range of vocational skills including Engineering, Hair and Beauty and Horticulture across 8 contract areas to support our PEF bids. We are keen to deliver these services in partnership with organisations that share our values and can supplement our skills in managing large contracts, risk management and delivering high quality prisoner interventions, jointly delivering an improved set of outcomes.
We are currently looking for additional partners to support our bids in the following regions
Tranche 2 Deadline for return of EOIs: 22/10/18
Lot 2 Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Norfolk
Lot 6 Greater Manchester, Merseyside & Cheshire
Lot 7 Hertfordshire, Essex & Suffolk
Lot 12 North Midlands
Lot 17 Yorkshire
Tranche 3 Deadline for return of EOIs: 05/11/18

We are particularly interested to hear from providers who can demonstrate experience of delivery within the prison environment or with ex-offenders and/or who have a track record of delivering high quality, innovative education, skills or employability provision.
We would like to invite all potential partners to register an interest in working with us on our Partnership Opportunity Portal and complete the relevant EOI form. The initial deadline to complete an EOI is 22/10/18 with a further deadline of 05/11/18 for Tranche 3
If you have already registered on POP, then please take the opportunity to ensure that your details are correct and updated. If you have any difficulties or questions regarding registration on POP or the EOI please contact our Business Development Team, who will be happy to help, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01702 201070.
