The MOJ has released the next call off competition which covers the Cohort Service Category Women’s Specific Services, and the Service Categories Accommodation, Education, Training & Employment, Finance, Benefits & Debts, Dependency & Recovery, Family & Significant Others, Lifestyle & Associates, Emotional Wellbeing or Social Inclusion) Service Category.
The deadline for submission is the 4th January with notifications of preferred providers being released on the 8th March.
Providers may collaborate but the lead provider should be qualified under the Dynamic Framework in both Women’s Specific Services and in one (or more) of the eight service categories. For any of the services where the lead provider is not qualified in, it must have a key sub-contractor that will deliver the service and that sub-contractor must be qualified on the dynamic framework for the service category it is delivering. There is no limit on the number of providers working together.
In supplying these services, bidders will need to possess a thorough understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by women offenders, remain responsive to their individual needs, and support participation in activities that enhance their well-being to ensure successful assimilation back into society. Potential bidders are required to already be qualified onto the Dynamic Framework under the Women’s cohort service category and be able to provide these service categories as a fully integrated, holistic, single service.
