It’s not just been a week of Ministerial change, there have been a few changes of personnel in terms of industry providers of late too. Helen Richardson, Managing Director of JHP Group’s Employability Division, is understood to have left the company. Helen previously headed up welfare to work operations at the Carter & Carter Group and InTraining, before joining JHP in October 2008. She is also a Board Member of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) and a regular attendee of DWP’s Provision Forum. She was part of the management set up that bought JHP in a deal backed by Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) in January 2010. Elsewhere, Chris Seel has recently joined Twin Employment & Training as Director of Commercial Operations. Twin are a growing provider of welfare to work, training solutions and language courses based in South London, and are part of the Paragon International Concord SPV, one of the short listed bidders for Flexible New Deal Phase 2. Chris was formerly UK Director of Operations at Sarina Russo Jobs Access and prior to that worked at A4e.
