The Greater London Authority (GLA) has indicated that they will launch procurement of their Adult Education Budget (AEB) and European Social Fund (ESF) Education & Skills programmes on the 12th October, for services that will be awarded and go live between April and August 2019.
Seetec will be considering bidding opportunities across all London Lots and we are seeking expressions of interest from providers interested in partnering with us in any of these areas.
The contracts are intended to be split into two lots targeting different priority groups. These two priority groups, namely people out of work and people in work, will have different eligibility criteria and corresponding outputs and results.
We expect tenders to reflect a range of ESFA priority areas and to include support for those facing redundancy, and other specific LEP priority groups. More information on these groups can be found in the Mayor London’s Skills for Londoners Framework; which can be found at:
We welcome interest from providers who can demonstrate strong existing local integration, capacity and a track record of delivering high quality, innovative education, skills and/or employability provision; preferably with current or recent AEB/ESF delivery experience.
