The winners of the ERSA Employability Awards 2017 were announced last night by the Minister for Disabled People, Health & Work, Penny Mordaunt MP. The awards showcase and champion best practice from across the employment support sector, celebrating and recognising the hard work and achievements of those involved in supporting people into work.

This year’s full list of winners, are:

Large Employer of the Year: TC Facilities Management

Youth Employment: Access to Industry

Team of the Year Award: Radian’s Employment Support & Training Team

SME of the Year:  Clacket Lane Motorway Services

Disability and Health Employment: Royal British Legion Industries

Partner of the Year: Get Set

Significant Achiever of the Year: Karla Gardner

Lifetime Achievement: Tracy Fishwick
